We understand that e.g. trying on a wig is necessary to assess its suitability; however, to qualify for a return, wigs must be in their original, unused condition, including the lace and packaging.

Gently massage the shampoo into the hair, avoiding any excessive rubbing or twisting. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and apply a suitable conditioner, focusing on the ends of the hair. Rinse again and gently squeeze out excess water. Allow the wig to air dry on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain its shape.

Glue Usage: If you use glue to secure one of our wigs, it is important to use the appropriate glue remover when taking it off. Follow the instructions provided with the glue remover to ensure safe and effective removal without damaging the wig.

Hair Maintenance: Over time, the ends of the hair may become brittle. To keep them healthy and prevent breakage, it is important to regularly apply hair oil and deep condition the wig. This will help retain moisture and restore vitality to the hair.

Brushing and Combing: When brushing or combing the hair, we recommend using wide-tooth combs or brushes specifically designed for wigs. This helps to prevent breakage and minimize hair loss. Start from the ends of the hair and gradually work your way up to the roots, gently detangling any knots or tangles.
